As independent professionals, each stylist sets their own pricing, schedule, service offerings, and policies. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that services are provided by the individual stylist you select. While The Greenhouse Salon + Spa proudly provides the salon environment and online booking platform, each stylist is responsible for the services they perform and for addressing any service-related matters. Please review your stylist’s policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and service adjustments prior to your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy and understand that appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy
The Greenhouse Salon charges a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.
